The Work Our Volunteers Do

Volunteer Opportunities – Make a Difference!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with our annual event from November 1 to Noon, November 27, 2025. Whether you can assist with logistics, marketing, or organization, your support is essential in making this initiative a success!

Retail Store Drop-Off Location Coordinator

Select and organize participating retail drop-off locations.
Assign Elves to one or two locations to take care of
Maintain communication with locations throughout the event.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location Elves

Manage one or two designated drop-off locations.
Deliver wrapped empty boxes to locations.
Stay in touch with drop-off locations and arrange pick-up when boxes are full.
Transport collected donations to the sorting station.

Social Media & Marketing Support

Help spread the word through social media, radio stations, and printed materials. Instagram and Facebook posts.
Work with local media outlets to promote the event.
